Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Puure packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
