How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For larger furniture items, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Puure ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cotton goods are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the integrity of the natural fibers.
